Cleaning
Our Wheat EcoStraws go through a rinsing process to remove any speck of dirt. The Wheat EcoStraws are soaked and rinsed three times with sterilized water to ensure hygiene, then air-dried and packaged.
Once they’ve been used to their fullest, you can simply toss them into the compost bin, as these EcoStraws are completely natural and biodegradable.

Hey Claire, thanks for your comments. Yes, these Wheat straws only measure 2-3mm in diameter. If you want to stick with biodegradable, and wish to use a straw suitable for smoothies, I would recommend the Cane straws, which measure 8 – 10mm in diameter. Thanks a mill.
